Another great experience. I was completely satisfied. He took the time to listen to all of my directives and educated me throughout the experience from consultation to completion. I left with everything I asked for and excepted all compliments throughout the day. Thanks Greg for another great experience.

Do not come to this salon. He insists that he takes appointments but I was scheduled for a 2 o'clock appointment and It is currently going on 2 hours of me waiting in the front room. He claims to not be a beauty shop because he "works on the hair and transforms customers." From what I've seen It is not different than any other stylist. I am truly disgusted that my time has been been disrespected at this capacity. On any other day I would leave but I have an engagement to get to on tonight. I will never visit this shop again. I pray you don't either.

Greg does a great job at listening to his customers ideas and then implementing them with his own flair. Love coming here for my eyelash extensions. Be on time and be courteous for his time! I arrive 10 min early for my appointments so I can be sure to get my full appointment time. His last appointment is at 6 pm.

Before stating my opinion of the salon, I will first explain what happened when I recently went in for my appointment. I arrived for my 4pm appt for a shampoo and flat iron around 3:50pm and sat in the front waiting room. There was another customer there waiting and falling asleep, and no one was at the front desk to greet or check me in. I could faintly hear people in the back of the salon but I waited along with the other customer in the waiting room. After about 35 minutes, a man came to the front desk, asked for my name, and said he would see me shortly. 5 minutes later I was escorted to where the sink bowls were and asked to sit at one. The customer from the lobby was also escorted back and immediately had her hair washed several times with a special treatment. It was not until approximately an hour into my appointment that I had my hair washed. However, the man washing my hair got frequently interrupted and I had my hair washed by both him and the owner. The owner put a deep conditioner in my hair and had me sit under the dryer for approximately 25 minutes. When the timer on the dryer went off, I walked to the sink bowl and the owner came after a few minutes and rinsed my hair. Unfortunately, for the next half hour I sat at the sink with wet hair as he tended to other customers. The man that initially greeted me was moving slowly and I would see him for brief moments at a time. At that point, it was over 2 hours into my appointment and all I had done was a shampoo. I decided to get up and find the man to ask if he could at least blow dry my hair, and I found him in the waiting area sitting down and eating a bag of chips. When I expressed my concern, he said there were customers ahead of me and that I would have to be patient because it was a busy day. Despite the time I had already spent waiting, I decided to wait yet again for my turn. Three hours into my appointment and still with wet hair, I urgently asked the owner to be blow dried and then I would have to leave. The owner had the man blow dry me and then I asked to pay for my services. He ended up charging me full price, $48, for a shampoo and blow dry. I thought this was ridiculous yet I paid and then left. The owner offered to do my hair the next day but I simply don't have hours of free time to be wasting. In had been to the salon during my previous semester of college and it was a completely different experience, with different stylists working there. Obviously something has changed and it is needless to say that they will no longer be receiving my business.
