I've been coming here for 10 years for Gail to do my hair and I look forward to every visit. I first found out about it in an article about the salon being recognized by Elle magazine as one of the top 100 in America. It is a clean, well-run and extremely professional business. When you walk in everyone greets you by name and you're given a beverage of your choice and a piece of chocolate. Gail is a wizard with hair color and cuts. My own brother was shocked to hear that I color my hair because she matched my natural color so well. I always leave feeling and looking great and having been well pampered. I've been there since Covid and everything is by the book and as safe as can be.
I walk in to a pleasant greeting from the girls...they ask me if I want a smock and I decline. Ask if I want a beverage and I choose coffee extra light no sugar and they prepare it and serve it to me at my seat...and then the consultation about how I'd like my hair this time. Get my color, highlight, glaze and ultimately a trim! Came out beautiful! Always extremely happy with the outcome. Kathleen, Gail, Erica and the rest of the crew make me feel right at home! Love this salon!
