they cut my hair and i walked out and literally thought i looked like a goat. please don't take the name too seriously

The front desk person is on the computer and doesn't even look at me when I am talking to her. Not sure why they hire people like this! The hair cuts also don't look good. Overall it's bad experience and will never go there again

I doubt I will go back to GOAT.  I had to make an appointment for over a week ahead of time.  I purchased the GM Cut, which is a cut and wash.  This is the second time that I have taken my son in and they have said "we don't really have time for a wash".  If I am paying for a wash and making an appointment that far in advance, it isn't my problem that you schedule appointments too close together.  Just poor service and not the experience that I booked for my son.  He could have gotten the same cut at Great Clips.  It just isn't worth the hassle for the trendy ambience.

You never get the same person. They have never listen to how you want your hair cut or they do but they only know one way to cut it. I have had at least 7 hair cuts and not really happy with any of them. The last one put me over the edge. Beware if you sign up for monthly service and want to cancel you can't do it online. I have been trying. I finely had to call the store to cancel and I am still waiting for the manager to call me to cancel my membership. I do not recommend them at all.

I took both my teenagers here at different times because of a desperate need  to clean up their hair. My older one had a major transformation from longer  to short and trendy. The young lady did an amazing job and he looked like a young man after she was finished. My other son just needed his hair cleaned up and they lady who did his cut also did a really good job. This place is well worth the extra for a professional hair cut. My husband is a regular because they are consistent and provide all the extra services if you need them for hair and beards.
