Future Nails & Spa in Bremerton, WA

I booked 3 pedicures and one manicure, one of the pedicures was receiving said mani! We show up and they tell us then, not on the phone when I asked, that they can't do a mani and pedi at the same time. We go to another salon who does do this so this was a surprise. Our friend who was doing both just wanted a regular polish mani, they said it would take 15-20 min. It took the gal 45...my other friend and I were waiting and getting our pedis down while she was still getting her nails done. She finally gets over and her pedicure was rushed, not relaxing like we had hoped. I like my toes cut short, I asked three time for shorter and she just kept cutting one nail and saying it was fine. I had gel on my toes but wanted regular polish put on. They were upset that I didn't want gel put on again. This is my third time going and second time for a pedicure and I will never go back nor will I ever recommend this nail salon to anyone. The employees there are rude and rush you even when you are on time.

Saved my nails and ingrown toenail as well from Crystal Nails. Literally dropped $350 here on a much needed pampering day...big pampering day. We left with new sets and 2 volcano pedis. My feet never felt so good! The vibe was relaxing, especially with their complimentary mimosa! It's pricey but worth it.

I don't normally leave reviews but I have been going to Future Nails since October of last year and used to come in off and on years prior and I have always had a great experience. The space is always clean and I never have to wait long for a service (hour max if i didn't make an appointment ahead of time). I've had multiple staff do my nails and pedicures and have no complaints about anyone. they always communicate to me what they can and can't do and what the price will be ahead of time. I especially love my girl Thao! She does the best nails and is the sweetest person but also doesn't have an issue speaking up if she feels something might look better a different way. I always trust her opinion and go with what she recommends cus girl really knows her stuff. I feel I truly lucked out with finding Future Nails and Thao. They're a great business and I'll always continue to go there!

This place is so cute! They have so many color options. The seats are comfortable and they have so many! My one complaint is that of the 3x I've been there I've heard complaints about 1 person. Mimi. She hadn't done my nails, but my moms 2x, where she rudely commented on her messed up toe and then didn't completely paint her full nails. Then when she did my sisters nails the other day when we went for a Christmas gift, Mimi seemed like her time was being taken up. Like it was an inconvenience. She was very rudely vocal with her about where her hands and feet need to be, she didn't paint the full nail on 6 of them, the toes are filed where there is a huge white flat part on the top edge (it looks awkward), and then she shoved her socks and shoes back on before they were dry then messing up her toes. My sister was so uncomfortable that she didn't say anything. So she would be the only I'd watch out for. The final product is a main reason to get nails done. If you're going to charge so much, at least do a good job and care about your craft you know?

The place itself is nice being that it's brand new which is decorated nicely. The staff are friendly enough. Manicure was fine, nothing special about it. However I wouldn't go back due to the fact they charge you to take off gel polish on real nails & charge extra if you want to do one finger a different color - no other salon I've been to does this. Call me cheap but this place is just average to me and I'd rather go somewhere that doesn't charge for said things.
