We had an amazing experience for our son's first haircut. Everyone was very nice. We were able to be seen right away. Everything looked clean and sanitized. Loved the certificate we received with a small baggy of his locks and a picture. Cost of $25 was a steal! We will be back

1st of all I want to say, I wish I had a better experience here cause it's so close to home. 1 star for bad customer service and the overall experience I had today.
It was my 2 year olds 1st cut, she was able to get seated right away. The guy handed me the remote to the TV to put on a show; however the TV wasnt working, it was slow at loading and it would kick me out everytime it started downloading the show. The car chair had left over hair from prior hair cuts. Ewwww....
Overall the stylist was nice and hair cut was good.
When I went to check out, the front desk said that they had to charge me an additional $9 for a no show. Mind you 'the no show', I had text them a day prior to change the appointment time cause the current time didnt work and they responded back the next day a few hours before the schedule appt and said they could change it. Just like they require 24 hour advance notice, so did l at the time. I'm a first time customer and they lost continued business for $9. Disappointing and shocking. For a small business you would think recurring business would override a $9 fee; and it wasnt just the fee, it was mostly the owner fighting me on the charge. Very unprofessional.
I have been taking my son here for the past 8 months and every time I go they ALWAYS do an amazing job I don't have to choose a barber because all the staff does a good job no matter what from the gentleman to the 2 other ladies. They are so kind all the time I love this place and my son enjoys coming here! If your looking for toddler haircut places. This is the ONE !
The place is really cute and the staff is nice. It was my first time here and it was farther than I had plan. They say I was 10min late although I thought I was 5min late.
They gave my spot to a little girl who didn't have an appointment and was there for her brothers appointment. Instead of telling me they had already give my spot and that I would need to reschedule they made me wait over an hour. After reaching out to see if they have an estimated time they said they were fully book, and they were "trying" to squeeze me in. They also told me about the little girl who took our spot. They haven't even started her haircut when I arrived. I would have appreciated that they have told me to reschedule than made me wait an hour and still have to wait I don't know for how much longer. I ended up leaving because I was waiting with 2 hungry toddlers and couldn't stay with any guarantee of when they could do my sons hair.
Too bad to have had this experience and waste of my time. Irreplaceable
This place is super cute!! They have tv/Xbox for the kids to watch/play while they get their hair cut! The chairs they sit in are either cars or airplanes! We love Justine! She's super nice and great with our son!
