Update: Susan moved to Oz Studios on Power Rd. I go to her there now. I love Frankie D's! Ask for Susan and do everything she does! Fascia blasting with her is incredible! I've never seen changes to my body faster than with fascia blasting and Susan is a dream to work with. I love her energy and kindness. She tells you the truth and does so in a way that helps you feel good. I get blasted by her every week! And I just got my hair done by her. It's perfect! And as if that wasn't enough she did all three of my kids. She is so good with kids! Can you ask for anything more??
I was happy to work with Jenny Zima, she cut about 3in off my hair and gave my hair a style. She took her time and was meticulous. She even freshened up my highlights so they looked fabulous. Her style was right on! I will never go to anyone else!!
My regular Hair Stylist has been here for years and I receive the best service from. I've also received other services from other employees that work here, and I have no complaints.
Overall the service was okay.. But can use some help. I had a mani pedi today and was able to pick a color from the 27 polishes on the wall. My fingers were not soaked, cuticles were Untouched and could have been cleaned up. No massage or lotion was given either. I paid for a manicure and basically received a polish change. On top of that not all my previous polish was removed. The pedicure was about the same. The cuticles were pushed back, but not cleaned up. I received little lotion and massage and still have cracks on my heels. I used a groupon here that i paid $30 for and overall.. It could have been better spend on a real mani pedi.
