Foxy Nails in Madison Heights, VA

I was humiliated recently there. I had made an appointment for my daughter, and I to get pedicures. I walk In I told her I'm there for my appointment, the building was full of people and she announces to me; there's no way I have an appointment at five when they close at five. I explain to her with my phone in my hand stating that I had the text with her saying she would see me at 5 o'clock for my appointment. And then I tell her that my daughter is on the way, a 25 minute drive there and I gave her a chance of making it right. I then say, so can you give us our 5 o'clock pedicures? She tells me that no she does not think that is true that she agreed to a 5 o'clock appointment. Now everyone in the building has turned around looking me. I expected her to look at her phone at some point and see that she was wrong and apologize of course that never happened. I'm assuming because she has a booming business my business did not matter I own my own business also and I do everything I can to keep my clients happy. No I do not recommend this place.

What I asked for vs. what I got. Also, during my pedicure the nail tech fully cut my foot open and whenever I complained their solution was a bandaid, so needless to say I will not be coming back. For $88 I could've gone somewhere else and gotten much better service.

I have been going to Foxy Nails for several years now. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job on my nails. I get the dip powder and am always pleased with the results. Their pedicures are wonderful too!

I had a dip powder manicure from Lisa, who was bubbly and kind. However, my nails did not last more than a week. That was $45 and a tip completely gone to waste. I will say when I returned she fixed them for free, however they lifted again exactly 2 days later. In addition, compared to other salons I've been to, they're not the cleanest. None of their supplies are pre-packaged. They're literally pulled from random cups on the table. They re-use disposable nail files and buffers that are meant for one time use only. Lastly, their prices are somewhat steep compared to surrounding salons. I definitely will not be returning nor would I ever recommend this salon.
