I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years but took a break for the last 2 years and did my own. Recently came back to get them done and very happy I did. Crystal does my nails and is amazing. Very clean in here and great service. Had a pedicure recently which I'm very happy with. 10/10
Do not go here. There is dust and polish everywhere and I literally watched my tech reuse old clippers and brushes. On top of that, I asked her if she could trim one of my nails shorter and her demeanor went all downhill from there. She AGGRESSIVELY cut my cuticles and the skin around my nails, making several of my fingers bleed. She put the wrong color on me (there's a difference between hot pink and a dusty rose color). There's bubbles, old polish, bad cuticle lines, and to top it off, my fingers are sore. Avoid this place. Save your money and your fingers.
I called and was able to get in the next day for a mani-pedi. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes after my appointment and then when they got my feet in the water, I had to wait another 15 minutes before anyone could get to me. I think I heard they were rather backed up. Oh well. The lady who did do my nails did a beautiful job! She had no problem with the nail art I wanted and I was very happy! I would definitely go back and hope that they weren't as busy.
I've been going here for years but I had a different experience this time. When the owner, Crystal, is there, the atmosphere is quiet and tense as if the staff is afraid of her. She was very condescending toward me and my sister and Making snide comments. As a business owner, she needs to learn how to conduct herself in a professional manner. If you have an issue, there are proper ways to address them. If you want a petty less shop, this isn't the shop for you. I will not return, neither should you!
didn't get what i asked for; not good nail job and over priced. i was embarrassed to leave the store and go out in public because what i asked for and what i got where two completely different things. next to a starbucks tho.
