I called ahead for a soak off I go In and I'm sitting at a bowl of acetone for 45 MINUTES! The service in total took OVER an hour! I am HIGHLY disappointed with the service received. The customer service was TERRIBLE not to mention. The salon is very dirty and not appealing to the eye. I am very upset with my visit today. I do not recommend going here ever I will not be returning!
There was no pricing, I asked for an acrylic fill with gel color and I was given a GellX fill Instead. I assumed the price would be the same as a normal fill and when I checked out the charge was $82 dollars! This is ridiculous on top of that, the color my nails were painted is not the color I chose! I will never return to this salon. It was dirty and a rip off.
Not the best gel manicure & pedicure. It only took maybe 30 minutes. Lots of dry skin left around my nails & the gel is laying on top of my skin! $70 for a bad job!!
This was the worst salon I've ever been to. My friend gave me a $50 gift card here so I figured I'd get short acrylics. Maybe the most I'd pay is $55. No, they cut my nails to the same length as my natural nails when I said short. I asked for French tips so they drew on a thick line that made it look even worse. The worst part was I figured "I didn't spend any money for it." But the woman says $30 when I go to check out. I'm like? I had a $50 gift card so do I get credit or something? No she wanted me to pay $30 more!! So that's $80 for these ugly, barely fake nails. Anthony Vince is up the street and the salon experience is by far cleaner and more elegant. I would have paid like $60 there and gotten much better nails. Don't come here. Horrible.
charged me $90 for almost my nail length french tip, acrylic was layed poorly, nails are overall messy. do not recommend coming here.
