Forever Nails in Athens, AL

My experience at 4 Ever Nails was awesome as always!  Tiffany is the best and very artistic at what she does!  I've been with her for over 5 years and never had a bad experience!!!  Thanks Tiffany for all you do by putting your customers first!!!!

Forever Nails is under new management (Est.May 2022) and they strive to give clients the best manicured nails and a relaxing experience.  I enjoyed their Deluxe and Signature Pedicure.  Relaxing and good for health of my nails and foot skin.  Friends have showed me great work from their staff and they do Facials, too.  You should consider trying them. You won't be disappointed.

Rude staff!!! Went in this evening and girl on the first table to the right was extremely rude! She did not greet me. Did not say hello or how are you. She rolled her eyes and glared at me twice when I barely moved. She didn't politely ask me to try not to move. She just glared at me and didn't say a word. I asked if my slight movement was a problem and I said sorry if it was. She said it was no problem. Then, she changed and said it was a problem. I said I didn't mean to move or affect her work. She glared at me again. I said no thanks on doing my nails. She angrily turned off her light immediately and slammed her equipment off. I asked her name. She refused. I asked her coworker to the left and she refused. I told her customer service goes a long way and that I would write a review. Horrible experience. I can't even say customer service because there was none. Don't go here.

It was unfortunately understaffed and way to busy. They weren't greeting or informing people of wait times just saying to sign in/what you want? After waiting 45 min for two people a pedicure they Put our feet in the water for 20 more minutes. Looking around it was going to be at least another 20 minutes before they even got to us,  due to the people already ahead of us. I've had a pedicure here before and i wasn't going to continue to wait sadly. We left, since my grandfather and husband had already been so patiently waiting on us. It was very awkward leaving and no one said a word to me.

Be open with your clientele so that you're not so far behind you can't dig yourself out. If they would've told me an hour and a half wait I would've left and saved us all some time.

Worst manicure/pedicure ever. Went with my daughter and we both came out bleeding. The technician that waited on me had no experience, didn't know how to file nails and the technician that waited on my daughter had a do not care and how fast can I do this attitude. Don't waste your money.
