I normally don't post reviews about things, but I think it had to be said that this was THE ABSOLUTE WORST attempt at getting my hair done. I had about 4-5 inches of bright white hair that I was trying to get to match my dark roots. As I had done this same look several times before, I knew it could be done. After FIVE hours, THREE bleaching processes, TWO toners, and ONE awful haircut (from an admitted unlicensed barber) this is what I was left with. Managing your customers expectations is one thing, but leaving them with unfinished hair because you had to be somewhere else is a travesty. Thank GOD, I wasn't charged because this hairdo was nowhere near what I wanted.
