Customer service is awful. I got my nails done by Ron and he was incredibly rude and condescending towards myself and the other employees the whole appointment. I went in for acrylics (I've done my own but I was having a girls day with friends) and he immediately pulled out an abrasive electric file to use on my natural nail. He explained that is was going to hurt very bad because he had to "dig into the nail bed so it would stick". This is ENTIRELY false and dangerous. When I tried to ask him not to do that, he kept questioning if I knew what acrylic was and that this is how it had to be done. I opted for dip instead since I was worried, and he literally laughed in my face when he saw my nails saying my cuticles were awful.
Other highlights included:
-Him asking me to make fun of a customer who had just gotten lash extensions
-talking badly about other employees who weren't present
-condescendingly explaining finances to his female coworkers and saying how he's the best
-repeatedly saying I must not know anything about nails since I didn't want my natural nails dug into with an efile
On the plus side, the dip nails did look nice, but nothing I couldn't have done at home, and they were extremely overpriced ($40 without extensions)
The customer service is appalling!!! I walked in to see if I could get a dip nail service . They were very rude and told me they could not take me til 5:30 pm I said fine. I returned home called to ask for an appointment tomorrow and was rudely told by a gentleman that they were booked . I was about to say I would keep my original appointment for today but the man asked for my name said okay and hung up. Obviously my business is not needed. Will shop for another salon!!!! This business does not deserve even a one star -10 would be more appropriate!

i went in as a walk in for my feet because let me be honest they were horrible. i'm new to MO and i like acrylic on my big toes because they break off if i don't. let me say i was IMPRESSED as hell when the technician did it free hand with the acrylic. didn't touch my skin so lifting won't be a problem. WONDERFULLY laid acrylic and she didn't even use a tip. definitely going here for my nails which i'm REALLY picky about and will review after i get them!
We used to love getting our nails done here but it has really gone downhill in the past two years. We and many others feel as though the technicians aren't certified, based on conversations we have had with employees.

place. I made an appointment for a gel pedicure. It had been a couple of months so my toes/feet were looking rough! My appointments was with Wrong and he was excellent! Friendly, great sense of humor, and did a great job!
