Did super good!! Was super gentle and made sure of exactly what I wanted. Super peaceful area too and calm music. Also have great prices!

Never wrote a review before but this just ain't it. The man with blonde highlights did my nails. He cut three of my fingers. My fingers were crooked and not the same lengths. It's only been three days and two of my nails cracked. Paid 50$. With my personal experience and other horrible reviews, I would absolutely not recommend this place.

I LOVE Mary!!!! This nail salon has been amazing for the past few years I've been coming here. Its always clean & organized. Some days I don't have an appointment and they're able to get me taken care of without a long wait. They also take care of my daughter too. We feel like family when we come here, because we always get to talking about family and life. I really love how they all make us feel! They have some great nail techs to do designs too, which is very impressive! When we are getting nails done, it doesn't take too long, and they always ask us if we like them when we are done. If anything needs fixing, they are happy to do it before we leave the salon-not after you've left. They ask you clearly if you like them, and if you're happy before you pay. This way if there's an issue it can be resolved. What is upsetting is the negative reviews I read, because they're just simply not true. People have left the salon after saying they loved their nails, then have issues and complaining being disrespectful. Every person who works here has an amazing personality, they're so friendly, and they want to make you happy. What ends up happening is people are rude screaming and demanding money back which is not acceptable for any business. They do have the right to then refuse service if you aren't respectful in how you handle things. If you should have any issues all you have to do is be kind, and ask them to help fix it and they will. Again, I LOVE Flagstaff Nails! I also want to say they all have their licenses to do nails and pedicures which are hung up in the walls. I can also say they treat everyone with respect and kindness, regardless of what skin color you are. I've seen this with my own eyes. So this salon is the best in town, and that's my opinion after bad experience everywhere else. I recommend coming here for your needs. This is my honest review after years of service here. Thank you Mary for my fill yesterday, I love them!

Love getting a pedicure here, they do a great job! Mary works very hard to get everyone in. Trish did my toes for the first time, she did a great job!
