Five Star Nails in Pace, FL

My first time here for a pedicure. Everything is exceptional. Snow does an amazing job. The shop is clean and they use disposable tools and liner. Very relaxing. 10/10 recommended

The man who did my pedicure did an ok job. HORRIBLE foot/leg massage Pretty much nothing!! He checked me out & I still gave him a 20 percent tip. He was so RUDE barely acknowledged me & no thank you!! I've had him before & thought maybe it was an off day for him. No same treatment as in the past.

Tien is my technician. He is extremely detailed and a perfectionist. Everyone at this salon are good.

So I really liked everyone there and I wanted to come back but I just felt very embarrassed and upset with how the service went. The first time I went it we were seated and they put on my acrylics and then left for 30 minutes and no one was coming back so I just politely asked if I could get them off and said we would come back later. The second time I had ever been here I came in I made an appointment for me and my friend at 6:00 pm. We went in and they were nice an all and they seated my friend and started working on her. It took 45 minutes to an hour to have someone start on me. They closed at 7:00pm I believe so when he started on me they were closing. They rushed very badly and glued my skin to my nail and pulled it and it ripped my skin. I was very polite and told them it was fine. I couldn't even dry my nails and they told me thank you and that I could go. I still left a tip and everything and when I got in the car I noticed I had marks on them and hair was in some of them. About a week later one of my nails popped off. I called one or two days after and they said "we can fix it you can come in and get a full set." I was okay thank you so so much! Usually I don't complain but I spent the last bit of money I had for the week on my nails. So I went in today and when I walked in the lady was like "oh yes you're the one that called yesterday" and I was like yeah that's me. I got seated and the same person worked on my nails as last time. I was completely unproblematic and got the bare minimum. This time they did an excellent job. I noticed they definitely rushed last time because I didn't get half the treatment I got last time. We got to frying my nails and I said "you can take the tip off my card right?" And they said yes because I was going to tip him the last bit of money I had. I gave him my card for the tip and they said $20. And I said wait I called yesterday and they said y'all would fix it and give me a full set. They proceeded to charge me $20 and it was declined because all I had was $9. They called another lady over to help me and she asked what the problem was and I explained. She said "well how much money do you have?" And I quietly said "$9" because the store had a handful of people and I also didn't want to say I got bad service and drive away future customers. The lady bursted our laughing and said "you have $9?" Mostly everyone started laughing too and she said "you can just leave it's fine." And I waited a second because I was going to give them a $9 tip and she said I can leave. I felt completely embarrassed and confused. I hate complaining but I was very upset. The people there are pretty nice and I'm sure they're good at their job I just had a bad experience.

I will never be returning to this place. The guy who did my nails was AWFUL. He was very rough. By the end of my fill, my nails were sore and I have scabs on my cuticle area. He was not careful with that drill. It seemed like he was rushing. He also missed a spot when applying the actual acrylic. Not to mention, he can't do almond shape to save his life. Don't know why I even bothered. I'm very upset because I wasted money going here. Money would've been well spent going somewhere else. I had to reshape my nails on my own. You shouldn't have to do that. Never again. ****UPDATE***** it's only been 5 days since I got my nails done, and there are already two nails coming off. Do NOT go here!!
