First Nails in Lakeport, CA

Walk in only is so convenient! I always get prompt service at a good price. Yelp requires 85 characters for a review to post, so blah, blah, blah.

Awful!!!!! I've never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon or encountered such rude technicians. First, I called to make an appt and they said they don't accept appointments and then hung up on me. Against my better judgement, I went ahead and drove over to do a walk in for my two daughters to get full sets. When we got there it was empty, just the 2 employees inside. They each took my girls and one started right away, the other said she would be right back. As she was coming out from the back room, three women walked in and she asked if she could help them. One wanted a wax and one wanted her nails done. She told the lady wanting her nails done to sit down and took the wax to the back and waxed her. When she came out she sat down with the other lady and started doing her nails...while my daughter sat there still waiting. I stood up and said excuse me, but my daughter was next. She told me that she would be quick with that lady and we can wait. I told her we were there first and already waited for the wax that came in AFTER us, but we would absolutely not be waiting for her to do nails too. Again, she told me to wait and she will do my daughters after she was done. I told the woman who was doing my other daughter's nails that we were there first and this was unacceptable so we were going elsewhere, then I told my daughter to get up because we were leaving. She grabbed my daughter's arm and yanked her back down and tried cutting off the tips that she just glued on. I then grabbed my daughter's arm and told the lady not to touch her and that we would never be back to this salon again and we left. When we got into the car my daughter showed me her finger that she pulled and she had cut her when she tried removing her nail! This salon should not even be in business!!! Do NOT go there!!

I received the best manicure of my life the other day at First Nails Salon in Willits. The young gentleman that worked on my nails was so thorough and a true artist. I got the dip powder which looks so vibrant and smooth and it's been more than a week and still looks perfect! Thank you I will be back once a month and I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone wanting a true professional and lovely nail experience .

I went into the salon yesterday following six other women seeking pedicures. Immediately, my very favorite girl, Kathy, took me under her wing and gave me a fill and the best pedicure I have ever had! Kathy, you truly rock! I couldn't believe how quickly the manicurists worked through the other six ladies to their delight. No appointment necessary and always obliging. I will never go anywhere else.
