The salon is nice and clean. Went in on Saturday night to get Manicures and pedicures for myself and my daughter. Was completely shocked when they gave me the bill . I paid it and I tipped well. By Monday morning one of my finger nails had broken and the paint was chipping off. I have done nothing out of the ordinary that would've caused this. Called them and went back in for the repair. At this point 2 nails were chipped and others looked pretty bad. They wanted to charged me another $65 but I refused asking them just to fix what they had messed up. The next morning one of the same nails that had been fixed is now chipped and it looks horrible. So sad that they don't care about customers more than that.
Terrible service! It's so unfortunate that the couple nail salons provide such a hostile environment. If I could give zero stars I would . You walk into the shop you're looked at like an alien begging for service. Super sad
I was recommended this place and was a little disappointed by the service. It was expensive for very basic messy nails.
Worst most painful pedicure I've ever had. We were driving through from California and it serves me right for not checking with Yelp first but I thought how bad could it be? It was that bad!! I guess she was mad at me for my rough heels, wow! it was like she was pissed off at me the whole time and I'm going to have to clean up my own cuticles because she didn't clean them up. I think she was either the owner or manager and she sure resented having to do the pedicure herself! I didn't even tip and I ALWAYS tip. Do yourself a favor, find another place!
