They did my hair cut but I didn't like it they cut my bangs very short. They were very nice!
I knew it was too good to be true! I called around 9AM today (11/28/21) and they had an opening for a "relaxer". Told the guy on the phone do I need to wash my daughters hair, I'm taking her braids out. He said no, don't wash, just take the braids out and come during the appointment. Came to the appointment and wow! They DO NOT DO RELAXERS! The lady he sent me to, was nice at their second location. She said we don't do relaxers. I said it says it in your website and the guy told me what I needed to do. She as vet polite and apologized. She offered the Japanese Hair Treatment, which I used for my girls hen e live in Japan. I opted for that service because he was going to send me to another salon. Really? You have on your website you do RELAXERS and now you're day NOT YET??? And then BLAMED THE PERSON WHO CREATED THE WEBSITE! WOW! Never ever going to the location at MATHIS AVE. Bad information for business.
They did my shape up and it looks really good. It was very cheap and quick too. I'm definitely coming back

Made an appointment as required. Came in right at my appointment time and Isabella was just starting on a fade. I sat for and entire 45 minutes after my appointment time when she started working on the gentleman's beard. We walked out pissed and frustrated that they require and appointment year don't take you at the given time. Maybe they should learn how time management and schedule accordingly to how long it normally takes you to cut hair and beard. Don't book yourself for one hour when you're doing a hair cut and beard knowing you take a long time. Better off saying no you don't have an open slot until 6. If your time is important take consideration that my time is too. Highly disappointed today.
