Fantasy Nail in Roseburg, OR

Yesterday I got a wonderful leg message with scrubs, lotions & warm towels. I was in heaven!  Thanks for your caring staff & quality service.

I had a nice pedicure at Fantasy yesterday. The salon was clean, well organized and the staff was friendly. the pedicure was only $25. i hope someday they can include a leg and foot massage for an up charge.

I cringe even hitting the one star. It's a joke of an establishment. Before I say anything further, just know that if I could go back and walk out the moment she started I would have but I had not yet learned how to stick up for myself at that point fully. Anyways, while I was trying to get my nails done from them the lady kept aggressively filing my fingers/cutiles so hard they were bright red and bleeding a bunch. I felt scared to do anything to make her even more mad as I continue asking the lady to stop being so rough in the nicest way possible but she was absolutely rude and wouldn't listen to anything I said or brushed it off. Finally after she finally finished letting out her anger on my cuticles I got up to go rinse my hands and couldn't help but to start to cry out of pure pain and frustration. They were all laughing along w/ this "nail tech" that did them. She sees me and looks all nervous (walking me there more or less) and kept saying "it's ok it's ok haha it's ok you can go rinse pick a color" and laughs along w/ the others with the tears started rolling down my face. Mind you this was on my birthday. So, Eventually I am sent to the other guy (J used to think was a nice person and used to make sure to always tip well in the past)  apparently to finish them that also works as a nail tech. (And possibly owns the place even). When I told him he just laughed in face also. Besides my point, she did an absolute shit job while treating me this way along with the rest of the staff while I tried to be as still and "easy to deal w" as possible. If I had the picture right now I would absolutely post it. I wish I would have just made a review myself while it was all still fresh in my head. My birthday is coming up so seeing their "establishment" pop up is disgusting to me. The fact that I had to pay for that bullshit makes me absolutely furious. Also for the people that say "I saw reviews about making people bleed and I call bullshhhh" you can "call" whatever you want I gave you the truth praise them all you want. Give them all of your money, doesn't change what happened lol. As if all of these people banded together with stories about bleeding/shit service with completely different stories w/ the receipts to show it even just for fun. Calling others liars doesn't make your review any better than the others. Also Nicole D. Yours are hardly beauty college worthy by seeing your picture lol.

Came in today with some friends to get pedicures. The people working were super efficient and were able to answer any questions that we had. They made sure we were comfortable and were super fast at their jobs. My polish came out amazing and I'm super happy!

Me and my mom went in there to get a pedicure and to get my nails done and the guy did a very bad job I hate to say that but it's true.
