If this is the St Clair Shores location on Harper, Sanaa is awesome. I was looking to chop some inches and she did an AMAZING JOB! I LOVE MY HAIR!! I would recommend her to anyone that wants an amazing haircut. I plan to see her again for highlights. I'll post again at that time. Sanaa is awesome!!
ZERO STARS!!! Workers are always rude and today was the last straw!!! Walk in and no counter person to check people in. Two people were waiting before I walked in and apparently they were not helped however long they had been there. One woman walks up and is instantly asked if she had an appointment...She did not, 5 minutes later she finally received an appointment after she couldn't make one for next day...FOR NEXT WEEK!!! She left. Second woman was treated just as rudely and she asked for the appointment for the next day and was told...I NEVER SAID THERE WAS AN OPEN APPOINTMENT TOMORROW, comes from the counter person's mouth. The woman tried to correct her and was told...ONLY APPOINTMENTS I HAVE ARE NEXT WEEK OR AFTER!!! She finally got an appointment set and left. I walk up and instant attitude from the worker once again. I tried to ask if I needed an appointment and was instantly ignored, then told, APPOINTMENTS ONLY!!! I said fine I will go elsewhere and before I went to the door another worker offered to take me in "about 5 minutes". TEN MINUTES LATER, I am sat down and immediately asked if I had a mask on when I walked in as she puts a cape on, I said no. YOU NEED MASK NOW PUT ONE ON. I tried to explain why I can't wear a mask and was shut down and told...I WILL GET A TOWEL TO WRAP YOUR HEAD AND FACE!!! WTF!!! I clearly restated why I cannot wear a mask and she immediately said...WE WILL NOT HELP YOU and grabbed the cape and ripped back on it and pulled harder as she unsnapped it. The counter worker and the person who sat me down started speaking a different language and I noticed one pointing at me as I left clearly upset with their horrible lack of customer service!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!
Prices dropped since New management and I think old manager & counter assistant was gouging! No more excellent cuts updos root touch ups colors good prices . Never again will I trust one girl here.. but then SHES GONE! Love this place! Treat you well!
