Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in Ponchatoula, LA

For starters, we went for a trim and left with just above the shoulders. Terrible haircut and awful experience. The rude hairdresser made my little sister cry, repetitively calling her a liar about her hair care and routine. When we asked her to stop cutting she kept trimming away at it EVEN though we said we only wanted a trim. She kept cutting us off and interrupting us at every statement. If I could give zero stars or have this lady removed from the building, I certainly would. I do not recommend going here anymore. There was once a time where we trusted and loved a specific outstanding employee there, however since he pasted the place has never been the same.

i think it is very safe to say i will not ever be going back there, to this day my hair is uneven due to lack of a good hair cutter i think if you ask for 2 inches they shouldn't cut 5 inches like what the and i was a bit raged because my hair looks like it was rushed to be cut. never again.

first to start off, they are horrible are cutting hairs. i ask for a "v" shape and they did give it to me but it was not blended in and it looked very choppy. the only thing i like about my hair is the length but i don't like it at all. i payed $22 for a cut and usually it's not the expensive, it would be like $14 dollars but no, they bumped it up. all they do is chick chat to each other and don't even worry the hair. they would literally stop in the middle of ur hair cut to go outside and smoke.

Well to start all they do is talk to each other the whole time about every single person in the town of Ponchatoula. Then to make matters even worse I never one time have gotten the cut that I asked for. People pay 25 dollars and a tip (they did not get my tip with that kind of shitty service) for a shitty cut and there was this bigger woman who cut my hair even after I said just a trim. She cut not 1, not 2, but 5 inches off, and she kept putting her head so close to mine it was just strange, uncomfortable, and just plain rude!!! Then don't even get me started on the other time. When I went the other time, it was to get my eyebrows waxed and they only had this older lady she looked like she was around 60 or 70 and she couldn't see anything. I had a horrible feeling in my gut as I walked to that fricken chair and she had glasses on her head, which she needed to see, and she didn't put them on when it was time to get my eyebrows waxed. When she started my eye brows I was very concerned. Then she got uncomfortably close to my face and neck and started breathing her nasty, hot breath all up in my space. She clearly smoked at least 2 packs a day bro no cap she sounded like Chewbacca from Star Wars. I know I should have gotten outta that chair, then she had a mix of coffee/green beans/cigarettes/ashtray breath and she was breathing so heavily on my face and then when she finally did my eye brows she did them horribly. They were all misshapen and she ended up ripping both of my brows halfway off, so the end product looked like upside down commas. I don't know if that's what you may or may not be interested in having done to your hair or eyebrows, if so fantastic sams is the place for you. Honestly I wish I could give more than a 1 star to this shitty disgusting place it is worse than the McDonald's bathroom it deserves a -10, but yelp doesn't do negative stars man if only they did!!! Its safe to say that I would rather lick the floor of a McDonald's bathroom then walk back into that hellhole. It was nucking futz my guy.
