Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in Hudson, WI

I went to fantastic Sams and had Isabella as my stylist. She was fantastic!!! She put highlights/lowlights in my hair and cut. She consulted with me about what I wanted and did a great job listening. One of the best cuts I've had in a long time. I will definitely go back to her!

I took my girls in for simple trims before the start of school. Haircuts were fine being they were just getting a trim. However, when I checked out I was told one of my daughters was given a deep condition treatment for $19! That was almost the price of the entire haircut! She was never told it was an additional cost. And to be honest, her hair was perfectly healthy. My second daughter was sent away with wet hair. When she asked her stylist if a blow-dry was included she was told that "styling" was extra. The stylist told her if she wanted her hair dry she could go sit under the dryers. My daughters hair is halfway down her back so her top was dry, but the ends still wet when she left! Salon was busy so I called a little later and spoke to the manager. She said that she would talk to both stylists and confirmed the stylist should have let us know the price of a conditioning treatment and that a blow-dry should have been included in the service, but did not offer a refund or any coupons. Another example of very poor customer service. Will not be back.

Went here to get a haircut and was absolutely blown away from the hospitality and genuine friendliness from everyone working in the salon . They were so accommodating from the front desk to everyone working in the salon. Everyone made you feel warm and comfortable like you were coming into their own homes . Jessica my stylist was super nice and me being real finicky with my hair she was able to get it right where I wanted it. She was very understanding and helpful and would highly recommend her as your stylist . I will be returning here every month to get my haircut and highly recommend this place for a top notch experience. Thank you Jessica and Fantastic SAMs!

This place is great!! Myself and my whole family comes here for haircuts and colors and all stylists are very well experienced and super nice. The wait times given are reasonable, and are worth the wait. I do recommend coming into the salon sooner than later to be put on the waitlist so there is less time to wait. You can make appointments with senior stylists over the phone which is nice and the walk-in stylists that go off the waitlist are great.
