I would absolutely not recommend this place. Avoid at all costs. The employee, Kate, was so incredibly rude to me. Thought I would try somewhere new and more local a try....but I will definitely be sticking to my normal salon in Westlake.
I just had my 81st haircut there. You may ask why I would go there 81 times and only give it 2 stars. I'll get to that. I have received at least one cut from nearly everyone who has worked there. Since the place is close and I'm kind of a lazy guy I kept going without making appointments, receiving inconsistent haircuts even though I gave the same instructions every time and those instructions get saved in their computer system. By inconsistent I mean some good, some terrible but almost every time my hair was cut unevenly. Either the sides would be different lengths or the hair on the back of my head would be longer than the hair on the top of my head. I do have a good thing to say: LAUREN IS GREAT! She was the only one to give me consistent, even haircuts every time. Trouble is that she's usually booked for the whole day. If you can't get Lauren don't go. You'll have to go back to get it fixed or go somewhere else to get it fixed. Also, the one time I went back with a pretty bad cut the customer service I received was pretty great. They tried to treat me right to keep my business.
Haircuts here are hit or miss. I've had a few great cuts and a few that were subpar at best. I have always went here for the convenience factor but it seems it's just not worth it anymore. During my last cut I paid with a credit card. I noticed 4 days later on my credit card statement that they charged me twice. I went back up to the salon to get this rectified and the manager told me they did not double charge me even though I could prove on my credit card statement that they did. No solution offered by the manager so I had to do a chargeback through my credit card company to get refunded. I found this to be very poor customer service and I will not be returning for this very reason.
Always great service and low prices here. All stylists have done a great job and have a very friendly, upbeat attitude. I'd recommend to anyone looking for quality service and care at a completely reasonable price.
