Paid $23 for a haircut that took 3 minutes. I was not offered a hair wash, and I was not given a proper consultation. She literally cut the bottom 2 inches off my hair, dry, and then started taking the gown off. I informed her I had long layers and she told me that I did not (clearly she had just cut them off) and seem agitated that I wanted them. I then asked for her to at least frame my face, lightly, starting below the chin. She gave me long bangs, that were thick and chunky, starting at my check bones, and then took off the robe. To top it off, my hair was uneven. I was literally in and out in 5 minutes, including payment, so I guess they are efficient. So much for quality service...I've lost all faith in "fantastic" Sam's.
Those ladies are amazing! Great job on dying my hair and the cut was wonderful. They make you feel very welcomed.
Why offer services that you can not provide. We were told if only one stylist is available the salon can only offer "simple" hair cuts and no other styling services. The owner of the salon tried to explain to me that the one available stylist had to pick up her children from school during posted hours operation. Instead of the salon closing at 7 the salon is closing at 6:15 or 6:30. We walked into the salon at 3:30 and we were refused service (color) that typically takes an hour. We will never return to this location. Don't waste your time unless you prefer disappointment.
I've lived in Carencro since 2014. I've been coming to this location ever since. KC is amazing. My boys love going there as well.
This place was great! I brought both of my boys today and they did a wonderful job on both my children. They were very helpful with tips on how to keep their hair healthy. Will definitely be back
