These people are extremely rude! I just left out of the door because I want to start 2024 off right and she almost got it! The lady at the first chair when you walk in! I went in to see what was taking my daughter so long and she asked what I needed I pointed at my daughter and walked towards her this fool told me you talk to me in a very rude tone like she literally raised her voice at me I just waved her off and talked with my daughter ! They need to go back where they came from! Mind you I'm sick that's why I didn't open my mouth! But why yell at me when my daughter is becking me to come here and I pointed at my daughter to let her know that's who I'm with ! Go back where your from! That's why people get messed up for that exact behavior! Go home!
This was absolutely the worst service I've ever received. The tech broke the skin on my toe. He didn't properly clean my feet. My nails were uneven. The owner got offended because I voiced my concerns about the situation, and beg yelling at me! I have never been treated so unprofessionally at a salon before!
THE THICKEST NAILS IVE EVER HAD. my nails are LUMPY, CROOKED, more shaped like square than coffin. absolutely disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. on my way to ab nails to fix whatever they got goin on.
So I was in search of a new nail salon since my current nail tech relocated and I will never come to this establishment ever and I don't advise anyone else to either!! I asked for the gold pedicure and my nails to be cut down and polished from the time I sat in the chair this man was rough and acted like he didn't want to do the pedicure he rushed through the service I pointed out that my feet didn't feel very smooth he ignored me I pointed out that he had missed polishing the sides of two toes and he started yelling at me seriously yelling I told him to stop yelling at me because I hadn't raised my voice after getting on my translator app this man called me out my name several times and also made racial slurs he refused to finish my hands and also the other staff stated they couldn't as well and for what me correcting something I'm paying my hard owned coin for I wish I didn't have to give not one star because I wouldn't!!
I was just in town and found them through Google. Due to Coronavirus I did call to see if an appointment was required. I made appointments for 4 people and when we arrived we signed in they had us fill out a questionnaire and took our temp. The experience inside was very nice we were asked to wash and sanitize our hands then all sent to separate stations and Social Distancing was enforced . The workers were very good and working fast without doing a job that looked like a quick job. Kudos to them. If I am ever in Pine Bluff again I will be back.
