normally when getting nails took off their supposed to flip them over to see how long your real nails are before just cutting them, well here all my pretty long nails got chopped off. I got burned multiple times by the drill and I also took 4 of my own nails off myself and they still charged me $15 which I refuse to pay again. this is the worst nail shop I've ever been to and while I was waiting others walked in and walked straight back out because of the simple fact of the customer service. These are the most rude people I've ever me PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.

They slogh off the dead skin and callouses -- with a cheese grater! Yes, a literal kitchen tool! I guess it's just a larger PedEgg, but a literal kitchen tool...I wasn't ready. But it did the trick! Smooth baby-bottom feet!
I'm glad the tub got it's own shower cap. And I won't return due to tool cleaning factors. So after sloghing off grit from feet, one only rinses tools in the same grime water for the next person. Nasty-nah!
