Fancy Nails in Hanford, CA

So many things went wrong. As soon as the guy available was asked to do my nails when I asked for a pedicure, He walked out for a break, and told me to sit tight. I asked for hot water initially and the girl available made my water hot. Soon as he came to me I asked for it to be hotter and he said that's as hot as it gets, he didn't even check it. He sat down without asking what type of pedicure I wanted and Cut my nails without asking. I wanted square. He cut my nails short to the skin as well as uneven. The Girl available being attentive brought hot water to pore showing it could be done, that was nice of her. He Turns off my massager without asking, and said nothing. Guess it was bothering him. He could have communicated that. Never asked me what I wanted so I had to start telling him before he did whatever he wanted Didn't even ask if I like how the nails were coming along/ I didn't . Shaped were off he cut the to the skin so that they couldn't be cut square (how I wanted them) They were all uneven. Gives me a 4 minute massage. He walked out without speaking soon as he was done. I remember in the past getting my nails done by him in this salon and his hands smelled like cigarettes. I'm going to have to go home and fix them, (just what a paying customer looks forward to) I'm 8 months pregnant by the way.

People were nice, definitely treated better if they know you.... But didn't charge same as prices that were listed

Great experience. I ended up walking in thinking I was at a different salon but this one was great. Friendly employees and my nails look nice. I got a mani and pedi at the same time. Super fast service!

Very painful!!! Not relaxing at all! I had a very hard time understanding my nail tech, she talked too much with a very heavy accent. Don't recommend this place if you are in a hurry, it wasn't busy at all which should have been my first clue. The lady spent way too much time digging into my nails for no reason at all. Very painful..so much so my eyes were watering. They didn't have numbers on the paint swatches so I'm not sure she got the color I picked, didn't look like it. She also put something on the sores and bleeding she caused from digging so much into my toenails. She also kept walking away to watch the tv, guess she had better things to do. On top of that her gel lamp wouldn't work! Highly recommend staying clear of this place!!!! Plus it wasn't clean at all. If I had a choice it would be zero stars.

Been going there this past year and today I had a appointment @12 and they got to doing my nails I gave her my phone so she could look @the photo and she did the shaping wrong and the design she burned me and I got a cut and she just whipped the blood away she charged me 60 just for polish bc my nails were already done I told her that I wanted exactly like the photo didn't finish until 3:30pm.She interrupted my session to give a 30 minute wax to someone that was a walk in 15 minutes in.
