Fancy Nails in Grove City, PA

Absolutely do not recommend this place. I called ahead and made 2 appointments for my friend and I. We walked in on time to one nail lady talking very loudly and obnoxiously on facetime. She had us pick our colors and go over to her when we were ready. She never hung up the phone and continued to talk very loudly while starting my nails. She used the spinning tool on my bare nails without acrylics and it hurt super badly. She got mad at me for moving a tiny bit because of the pain and said she can't do my nails if i continue to move. Shortly after I asked if they accept card (since they advertise it) and she said cash only so i told her i had to leave.

I go to get my nails done to relax.. the woman doing my pedi talked on FaceTime VERY LOUD the entire time and even when her phone died she plugged it in across the salon and continued to yell her conversation the rest of the time. They advertise that they take cards but they told me they're cash only so I had to leave and go to the ATM. And it was $50 for a pedi and gel polish.. I feel like that is pretty steep for the quality of work. I'm being very generous giving 3 stars

i was excited for my homecoming nails and he cut me with the electric file then continued doing my nails didn't even have me wash my hand then used the air gun to do a ombré and it started to look good until i walked out and the shape was chunky and not at all what i wanted and their bubbles in the nails polish and also uneven.

This place is disgusting! You walk in and you have Chinese workers staring and talking about you. They don't know your friends knows what they are saying. Everything told me to run to cancel the appointments, but we didn't. I looked down by my station and there was mold along the pipes of the sink. The water damage was so bad, it pulled the molding off the wall. The tools were used and I asked for a clean set. She started speaking really fast and shaking her head as she walked behind a curtain to the back room. I looked in the drawer where she grabbed them out originally and there was nail dust and skin pieces in there. Again I didn't run. I said I need to use the rest room and she said in back. I went through the curtain and there was food and beer on the shelf on the left, a dirty bathroom with water heater and filthy mop bucket and broom. There was a lot of person items in there razors, tooth brushes, cologne etc. I felt like someone lived there. I came out and the soaker tub for the feet was leaking! The flooring was lifting up. And not to mention the smell of an awful fish tank! Someone should call an animal rescue. They had a couple TVs to watch. But all I could see was the spider webs and dust all over the walls. It smelt like smoke in the place as well. I think the owner smokes. She was really rough with the cuticles and damaged them. I said I had enough, this place is dirty, you are rude and we walked out. Do not go there or their other location. Oh and they called me a fat pig that had rough nails, and they were bragging how much they made last year.

Went today with my spouse and had a mani pedicure. Seemed like the mother daughter in law combo working were not on their A game. Complained that business was way down. But then the service was sub par. Did not smooth heels or smooth out nail tops. Asked for a clear coat and failed to get it. Total charge was 145 which did not include any acrylic or fills. Just seemed like a rush job at premium prices.
