Kim the owner of the salon is very nice she takes late walks ins. She did a great job on my eyebrows and my full set. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place for any one for a late evenings walk ins.
Customer service is sooo poor in this place. They don't even say hello when you walk in. After you've waited a while, they will finally ask you what you want. I only come for eyebrows and I wait forever for a 5 minute eyebrow wax.This nail shop has been in the area for a long time and I feel like they've gotten so cocky that they don't care about retaining your business. We are the ones supporting them though, but I will gladly take my $8 elsewhere.
On New Year's Eve I was in a rush to get my eyebrows done. When I entered this place of business I was aware that it was a wait. I asked the other customers around if they knew who was good at doing eyebrows. Everyone was waiting on one specific lady. Who was in the middle of doing a full set. There was another lady who was a bit older, and was doing nothing I wanted to try but I was a bit hesitant. Since I was in a rush I decided to give the lady a chance. When I approached her (mind you she was doing nothing) I told her I was ok with her doing my eyebrows since she wasn't busy and I was in a rush. She literally dismissed me and told me to wait for the other lady. I was extremely offended because in the beginning she offered. But like I said I was skeptical. It was New Years you know? I offered this women my business and she turned me away and waved me off as if I was a peasant. Never again will I ever go back to this place.
