Love Jenny and Lyn. Always on time, and good with walkins. I've used Jenny for over 10 years and have recently starting using her sister Lyn as well!!! Never disappointed. Remember to be patient as they are always slammed.
There's no point of making appointments because they don't honor them. Made a 330 appt. For my daughter and I. At 4:05 they said they could do one or the other but not both at the same time. This is AFTER they said on the phone we could be seen together..they were letting walk ins come and sit down while I waited around for an hour and a half after my appointment time. I ended up not being able to even get my nails done because by 530 I had other kids to pick up. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
I love love love the friendliness and easy of getting my nails done. I can always call for an appointment or walk in and get in really quick. They have always made sure I was completely happy before I left. They are also willing to fix it if you aren't satisfied! Jenny and Lynn are my favorites!
Terrible service. My wife and my stepdaughter and myself all went and got pedicures and were absolutely horrible. We made appointments for all three of us. My wife and stepdaughter toes look like a 4 year painted them and they cut all our cuticles back too far on the quick our feet and toes are all sore. It was like they were in a rush to get done and on top of that we paid $115.00 and tipped them well. We tried calling them but only got a voicemail. We will not be returning and I would never recommend them to anyone.
I went to Family Nails to see about getting my nails done SNS but a young girl that works there was rude & rushing me. I just started looking at the colors for maybe 1 minute & she huffed so loud as she said ok ready? I told her I needed to pick out a color & she said it's ok give me your hand. Well how am I suppose to pick out a color once she has my hands? I just got up & said I'll come back later. Then she said ugh I can do you now. Then she said something in another language & they all started laughing. Then I hobbled out of the place. I would have quickly left if I wasn't injured in an air cast from just having foot surgery. I'm like seriously?! I have told several friends about this & they said the young girl that works there was very rude to them as well. I don't know how they are going to stay in business treating customers like this.
