I'm done with this place. I've used them for a few years now. I have had dozens of gel manicures and even more pedicures here. Before they shut down for renovations and again for staff shortages, I really enjoyed them. It was a relaxed environment, with decent quality services. Their gel manicures were never the best, with the polish chipping quickly. Now, their prices went up again, and 3 gel manicures in a row have chipped in days. Many times now, with an appointment, I'm still waiting 20-25 minutes to get into a chair. Less time is spent on each service these days as well. With three friends confirming the same issues here, I am giving up and finding a new salon.
Just updating my review! Still a 10/10 :) They have updated allot of their software so it's becoming easier to make an appointment. I get SNS dip powder on my natural nails and go a month in between each one. I never have any break off or lift. Jenna is so great!
Arrived for my Appointment only to get stood up. My time is worth more than this. It's just unprofessional. Strictly small town. I don't care what you think about the people: getting stood up is unacceptable.
Good people. A couple of times I was unable to communicate to the tech the shape I wanted. Was a nail biter and only a certain shape flatters my fingers. However, I have been there so many times and am satisfied that they do try hard to get it right!
This place is super close by so I thought I would give it a try. The staff are friendly, and even worked around my needing to bounce a new baby to sleep during my appointment. They almost ALWAYS are booked though so can't often do a walk-in, you have to plan ahead. My nails also have not lasted as long (gel) here as they have at other salons, but all in all I'll keep coming back.
