This place is a one stop shop. They do it all here! No need to go anywhere else. Julie did my highlights and trim. I've been here twice for my hair second time was for a touch up for my roots and she matched the color exactly. I love them! Reasonable prices fast service. Julie also does my manicure and pedicure. Very thorough with the mani and pedicure. Julie, amazing customer service and very attentive. Faye, does threading, waxing, eyelash extensions and facials. Today I received a facial from Kaye and it was AMAZING!!!! Very thorough!!! Kaye is amazing! Great customer service. My facial felt sooo good! My skin looks so good and feels good. I am going to try threading next time and give you guys an update. You must try her out! All in all this is a one stop shop! Ask for Julie and Kaye! Thank you ladies for taking good care of me!
The services are cheap and the reasons for that are extremely poor hygiene, behavior and customer service. They don't even have diversity for the colors and for cutting my cuticles this time, She didn't even put my hands in the water to soften my cuticles for remove them. Simply pushing back them and cut them extremely bad... again I have to mention that if you don't want to get any type of infections or skin diseases just do not go there! The hygiene is extremely poooor. In addition when I mentioned the tip of my nail is cracky and u have to file it and the end, she just said because you didn't wash your hands rudely ... Aside from everything, I won't come back to this place anymore and I will call to report them to the board of cosmetology for their poor hygiene which they have to take into consideration because this can put people's health into danger
Awful, I spend 3 hours in that dirty shop. At first I wanted to ran out . Julie glued first my fake nails on with expired glue which did not hold than she tried to do pink on it and it did not hold and than she just put some clear polish I paid a lot of money and spend a lot of time and 2 days later look at my nails
Faye did a great job with the facial and was very kind. It was a good experience and she gave me some suggestions and tips regarding my skin type as well!
Julie serviced me and she did an AMAZING job! I was very shy to get my haircut at first but after showing Julie the style I was looking for she knew she had it under control. Boy did she deliver! She offered to give me a blow out after the cut and my hair has never looked better :) This salon gives a very cute underground vibe as it also does nails and may shy people away but once you fall into Julie's hands she takes care of you very well and won't let you leave disappointed. Thank you Julie! I will be coming back again for my next touch up :)
