Why haven't I heard of this salon before??? So glad I took my almost 4 year old daughter to get her first official haircut here. Lan(I think that was her name..) was so good with my daughter. My daughter is usually very scared of haircuts but she did so well with Lan. My daughter's haircut finally looks like a haircut (not butchered by her mama) and she also loved her haircut. Will def be back in the future!
Have been coming here off and on for years based on the reviews. Never had a bad haircut. Lam always takes the extra time to sweat the details. Miles ahead of the cheapo 5 minute haircut at the assembly line salon.
I left my first review for Lan in 2014. It's been 8 years, I've moved out of the area, and I still drive all the way over to her for my haircuts. When I first met Lan, I showed her a picture of how I like my hair to look and she cut my hair exactly that way. Over the years, she has suggested gentle adjustments, which actually make my hair look better than I had thought it could look. She's a warm, kind, and thoughtful person who is happy to listen and share with her customers, if they like to chat. Can't say enough good things about her!
Our hair dresser retired and we finally found this place to have haircut correctly. Our Asian thick hair needs special attention to do it right. Thank goodness that our friend recommended Len to solve the problem and a hike to Chinatown can be avoided.
