She is never in the studio. Try to call and make an appointment you can't not can you make an appointment online. She isn't very personable. She is good at threading but her lack of consistency makes it hard to want to continue to go to her salon. She is the only one in Murfreesboro which makes it even harder.
Always makes sure to fit our family in whenever Falu has a chance. Great service and always welcoming. Will never go somewhere else.
If the door is locked but the sign says they're open, just call! I am glad I did! My eyebrows were threaded perfectly and fairly priced. Will be back.
I live in Lebanon about 20 mins from there and it's every bit worth driving to Murfreesboro for! She does amazing threading for eyebrows! I used to drive to Madison and Nashville to get them threaded but I found Falu salon and love it!!
Horrible! My wife and I called to make sure they were open since we were driving from Nashville. She said she will close at 4.30 despite the fact that it says 6.30 online. So we made our way there and arrived at 4pm. CLOSED! So we called her and she said she just left and will be back on Monday. No apology! How is this a way of doing business? Take your hard earned money elsewhere. You are not the only person who can thread eyebrows Falu. Shame on you!
