I've been visiting this salon for over 10 years. Im always in and out in about 45mins, which is a big plus for me, and I've always had great service. Always leave with super healthy hair.
The stylist was very rude. I asked simple questions about pricing and he was loud, spoke abruptly and overcharged me. When he was doing my hair he was really rough and frowned up the whole time. I would not recommend this place. He won't tell you he charges $30 more for long hair and conditioner until he's done. They also charge to use credit or debit cards.
I have had bad experience walking in Fadi' Hair Salon to asked if i need an appointment to do my hair ,so the only one man stylist asked me what kind of service i need when i said shampoo blow dry he said he doesn't do service for my hair with the hair tools he has.He wasn't friendly and no customer service manner ,i understand if he couldn't do my hair he could've said it in different way .I never will recommend him and my rating for him is zero..
Fadi's is a great salon. I have been going to Fadi's since they opened in Crest Hill and have had nothing but positive experiences. Tommy is so kind and personable, I couldn't asked for a better stylist. My hair has been natural (no relaxer) for about 5 years and I've been only going to Fadi's or getting braids and my hair is the longest it's ever been. I would say don't listen to the negative comments from people below. If they did their research they'd know that Egyptian Hair Salons always use lots of heat. It's like a silk press it makes naturally curly hair look permed. If you don't like heat don't go there.
