Facial Town Beauty Salon in Mountain View, CA

I hate to do this. We bought 2 Groupons for a wax. Got to use 1 and then slyly I was placed in the chair after my bf & my face was threaded? Which after seeing the wax machine was ok to me... this was my bf first time getting a waxed and while she was very nice and her assistant was too- I honestly was not happy with the work in the end. We mentioned he had wax on his face and yes she tried to clean up but there is still residue of wax on his face and it's hard to get it off.
We got 2 Groupons but she only took the 1. Refused to take the one my bf bought for me. Luckily we can trade that in for credits but when we tried to set up the apt she told us not to use Groupon even though we had found her via their site and bought the Groupons prior. I assuemed a wax business would be a little cleaner. She used the same dipstick the whole time did not change it, she used her bare hands as well. And the same wax strip to wax off his face. The strip isn't a big deal to me since like it's his own face but bc of the strip being the same he got some wax in his beard. I was VERY upset on my bfs behalf since he went out of his way to get us this appointment and it was his first time being ever waxed. She also had us hold our own faces while threading/waxing. Never had that before..... he was BURNED from the WAX these are BURN MARKS. Don't let all the good reviews fool you. I reported her to the  better business bureau bc this was unacceptable I should have walked out this was my own fault and my bf has scars on his face before a big trip!!!

Small hidden gem in the mid of downtown. Cindy does really good work and she gives the best facial .Even she listens to  her customer and their needs. I highly recommend this facial experience. It lived up to all my hopes and expectations. Ultimately, after a beautifully relaxing and enjoyable experience, I came out with a radiant and healthy face. I can notice the difference when I look in the mirror. Thank you and i will be getting my facial every 2 months at least at same place.

Cindy does an amazing job at helping consolidate which facial is best for your skin. She is very friendly and provides great service. Came in for micro dermabrasion but she recommended high frequency due to my skin type and it came out so much better than expected. Also did a full face thread, which was quick and painless. Would recommend.
