Only two workers for the three of us. The employees were nice but it felt kind of rushed since they kept having to tell people to come back since they were working on us. My nails aren't round like I wanted and I still had some rough edges. Not worth the $45 I spent for a Mani Pedi. Wouldn't go back.
Went to get our nails done on vacation! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Great pedicure and dip nails. Cannot emphasize enough how sweet the employees are. I feel so pretty!
If I could give this place no stars I would. They should be shut DOWN! NASTY ASF!!!!! they use the same tools on EVERY CUSTOMER! they don't sanitize sh*t! I'm so disgusted. We need the health inspector in here ASAP. They had some man fixing their sink during STORE HOURS with his loud machine and dust and dirt flying everywhere. What a bunch of amateurs. Never come here!
So I'm really mad to be writing this review. I've gone to Jimmy's nails for over two years. Not once have I ever had a big issue. The original owner sold the company to someone else and they are really not up keeping with standards. I go there often with my family too. I've been there about four times since they've been open since corona and every single time I've had an issue. Gel nail polish left on my skin twice. They messed up the colors in my toes and I had three different tones. And this week. My nails were suppose to be OPI 14, a beautiful pink, within two days they are literally orange, you can see through. Same with my toes. I've walked out with several areas on my skin filed and hurting. Two weeks ago it took 3.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure. I called and they told me they were ready. I'm extremely disappointed with the service now and will be switching places. My pedicures have been awful overall. Large amount of dead skin that could definitely be taken off and still extremely rough. And also, don't mock or make fun of customers. Who cares if I have long legs.JIMMY COME BACK!!!!! A few days after I posted this my nails chipped! After nit even a week of having them! And it was two!
We dropped into Jimmy's today and got an appointment for 1.5 hours later, on a whim. Prices were reasonable, the woman who did our nails was professional and meticulous, and my feet haven't looked this good in months! Strongly recommend (used to be Hyannis Nails).
