Fabu Eyes in West Allis, WI

I just had lashes filled and the tech caused corneal abrasions (which could lead to scarring and blindness). I'm looking into recourse after I get through this, but I want to alert others before they go thru what I'm going thru. It's painful and looks awful, and everything is blurry. Previous review: They just increased prices for the second time, making me rethink continuing on the service. They also canceled on me TWICE now. Reliability is everything, and they aren't reliable. I also can't stand the stinging eyes, pinched eye lids, and inconvenience of it all. Most people are turning to "Lashify", to do their own lashes. I would suggest saving your money by doing the same.

I have had and ALWAYS have had an excellent experience with Fabu Eyes. I have had Excellence Service with Lana Quirk. Lana is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She takes her time and she does a FABULOUS job. I am and will always be a customer for Fabu.

This place is a scam. I have been here 4 times in the past 2 years and that's already way too many. The first time I got a full set I left unsatisfied which I relayed to them and they had me come in the next day for another tech to fix the problem and I did like them which I appreciate the customer service aspect. Skip a year plus ahead after my regular eyelash tech changed career paths. I paid $180 plus tip for a lash removal and a hybrid full set. It took 4 hours to do and I left feeling defeated after spending that amount of money on what looked like a short classic set. Thin and dull. Cheap lashes and not what I asked for. So I book a fill there with someone that specializes in volume lashes and when I come in it's a completely different lash tech then who I booked with. I told her what I wanted but she was in such a hurried it didn't seem to matter. If you want an immense amount of tape all over your eyes and to have your top and bottom lashes ripped out then this is the place for you! Low quality lashes with inexperienced lash techs with a high price. RUN!

I cannot recommend Fabu Eyes enough. Excellent service, customer service, cleanliness and experience every time. I drive from Lake Geneva every two weeks for my fill because it's so fabulous. She is so attentive to detail and really works with you to find the type of lash design you are looking for. One of the best things is that you can switch around lash looks every fill depending on what kind of look you want (more volume, classic, hybrid, etc.). From the massage chair to the great music to the amazing lighting and decor, the experience is 5 stars. The payment options are simple via tablet and you can leave tip via card.
