Fried my hair out of my head and never apologized or took ownership. It was somehow all my fault when I was honest about my hair history and had healthy hair. I kept up with haircuts and had regular treatments previous to my visit with her. When I originally confronted her about it she said she would do a Botox treatment and all I would have to do is pay for the product..? Why should I pay for something that would have never been necessary had she not fried my hair. Never offered a partial refund or any type of compensation for what occurred. I asked her to remove the Tik Tok she posted of my hair from her profile because it was a false depiction of what truly happened, and she said she would take down and still hasn't. I had to cut a considerable amount of hair off and It will probably take over a year for my hair to recover from her. I am stuck with this horrendous orangey yellow color and banding all over with various shades of undesirable blonde and copper. Not to mention the entire area of hair around my face and nape area are burned off and now growing out all broken, stiff, and fuzzy. They stick straight out and up. I do not feel like myself and haven't since the day she destroyed my hair. I can't wait until my hair recovers from this so I can feel like me again.

Made an appointment for 11 am on a Saturday and showed up 10 minutes early to find no lights on. Called the salon and got the answering machine which said the hours were 10am to 6pm. Left a message that I was outside for my appointment. Waited 1/2 hour and called again hearing the same message. Days later I still never received a call back or apology. Who doesn't have their salon open on a Saturday or have the decency to call a customer back??

I recently purchased a living social voucher. I made an appointment for 11 am on Feb. 7, 2020. I was going to a wedding that afternoon. I arrived at the location the door was locked. I knocked several times. Made 3 call to them. Voice mail each time. I waited 25 minutes. Still no return call. This establishment let me down.

Awful at eyebrows! Do not go here! The owner did them! Super thin and awful looking! Ruined my eyebrows! Also the wax left horrible bumps and was painful for days after. Worst eyebrow experience of my life, now I'm stuck letting them grow out! What a mistake!

Got my eyelashes done by Cary. Fantastic work! She is so incredibly patient and is great at what she does. They came out great. Awesome place
