F.U.E.L Salon and Spa in Highlands Ranch, CO

Kaylie does my hair and does an absolute amazing job every time. She installed my sew in extensions perfectly and also in a very timely fashion. She works quickly but also has never made a mistake on my hair. I leave every time feeling confident and happy.

My stylist Kaylie refused to do my hair. It wasn't so much that we were miscommunicating, she was condescending. I told her I didn't understand what she was saying, and as she explained it she got irritated with me. I am neurodivergent and need things explained in detail to me. I told her she's the professional, and I'm not picky, and if what I was asking for couldn't be done, then do what she thinks is best. She refused to do my hair.

From the second I sat in her chair, she told me there are other stylists there who do blonde and she didn't want to do my hair. This salon should not schedule new people online if they know they have stylists who won't do certain things.

I was crushed leaving feeling like I had been chastened, and more importantly, I really need my hair done.

UPDATE: I was fortunately able to get into another stylist today. She totally understood what I was asking for and knew how to do it. She talked with me and gave me suggestions and is now doing my hair. The picture attached is from MAYA at COLOURBAR, not Kaylie at FUEL. Yeah, I was obviously not the problem.

I have been going to this salon for several years. I love the atmosphere here. Karin has always done a fabulous job with cut and color on my thick, wavy hair. I am complimented on both all of the time.

I was able to get an appointment for my daughter quickly, they were very upfront about pricing (which was very reasonable), and the salon felt upscale and welcoming. The haircut looks great and my daughter was super pleased with the results. When she's ready for another cut, we'll definitely go back.

The people at f.u,el. salon on countyline road& Holly, are really like ,fake&
conceited " and  full of them selves  if you cancel
an aptt with certain individuals"?? they don,t want you back there"&
they treated like i was strange because i wanted to rebook an appt
with the stylist, but then they said they would have to refere me to someone
else, because the stylist that i had didn,t want me back there  for
whatever reason?? then that stylist sent me a strange email&via text saying that she would refere me to someone else because she didn,t to
deal with me "?? or didn,t want me going back there?? well guess what
your not that good so get over your high rightous self " theres tons of
better hair stylist better than you believe it or not"
