So I did some research and scheduled my appointment on Saturday night I believe. I arrived to my appointment about 15 minutes early. She said, "Are you Krysten? I'll be right with you," I had a short wait while she finished her other client. I got in the chair exactly at my scheduled time. And she took the time to ask me what I'd like done today etc. As she was doing my brows, we continued to have conversation which to me is important. I love when others get to know their clients! After she finished one brow - she asked me to check to see if I liked it. I did so she proceeded to the next brow. And I was blown away!!! She did such an amazing job on my brows, I LOVE them! She was professional, extremely efficient, and although she was fast - she took her time and made sure she was giving me what I wanted.

Also, during our conversation you stated you had suspended her for further training, not released her. Thank you for your offer to micro blade after I've completed removal with plastic surgeon, but I've learned my lesson.
