This was the best nail salon experience I have ever had and in the past 10 years since I started getting my nails done, this is the first time I have left with exactly what I asked for. Henry did my nails and his sister sat there and talked to me the whole time. It was nice to make conversation. The atmosphere was very nice and everyone there is so kind. I can only have my nails done once a year because of my job so I get them done for my holiday break and they went above and beyond to make my experience great.
I want to start by saying the inside is VERY beautiful and they currently have a beautiful Christmas tree!
Helen did my nails and she took her time and was very focused. Very friendly staff and clean salon and i was even given a Christmas goodie bag with a free lotion and cuticle oil. I will be back :)

The best way to spend a Friday afternoon after a long week! Never had a bad experience here, nor have I ever had to wait for service! Relaxing and clam atmosphere. No pushy mandates for add-on's or to get gel polish!! A little pricey, but worth it!
So much wrong with this place. I've never had gel nails fall off before but within one week, they all fell off!!!! Prices are not listed online anywhere so we were rushed to choose a "package" of all these add -ons that I didn't want. I asked for no massages, lotions, hot oils, hot stones, volcano wax, etc.....I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure but was charged way more at the end. I argued with them at the counter but they acted like they couldn't understand my English all of a sudden and we were already there for over 3 hours so I paid and left. Also something that I've never seen before, they Had several people do my nails so I ended up being asked to tip 3 times! and last but not least, an alcoholic beverage was included in the package I paid for that I never received. Never ever ever will I recommend this place, EVER!
