the absolute worst. i asked for a simple design the nail artist was impolite and couldn't do what was asked of her. if youre a person of color they are very very rude and want our money at the same time. just disgusting
Went in for a mani/pedi. Way too expensive for a standard nail salon in the mall. I got nexgen with colored tips, it was 70 dollars just for the nexgen which is absurd..it is normally 35-50 anywhere else. The lady who did mine, didn't say hello or anything to me and looked really annoyed when I just asked for simple colored tips. I also got burned twice and was bleeding. My nails look nice so I still tipped and everything but my bill was well over a 100 for subpar service and simple nexgen + pedicure
Went on Feb 13th 2021 with my daughter for us to both get Pedicures and me get a fill. $150.00 later, I am bleeding on my hands from multiple drill cuts, my heels are still rough because he barely worked my heels, my eleven year old has multiple sore spots on the bottom of her feet because her feet were overworked with the grater, and I still have bumps on my nails because he did such a poor job buffing them. This is the last time I'm coming here, which is very unfortunate, as I've always talked this business up to everyone! The prices have gotten ridiculous for the quality they do.
My nails discolored and the topcoat peeled off. Nails did not hold up so the quality of the powder must be weak. When I went back in a couple of days later to show them what happened, they tried to blame me claiming I had soaked my hands in a chemical to make them look so bad...which I hadn't. No customer service. They let me leave with a broke nail and chipped one! They were extremely rude about having to fix them talking in Vietnamese. Their initial cost was also more than what other salons charge. They seem in it for the money and nothing else.
