Exclamation Salon in Willingboro, NJ

Got my nails done one day, first when i came in she told me it was a 2 hour wait and there's one other person in the waiting area and at that, only three people can get something done at a time. my friend was already there getting her feet done and i was originally supposed to meet her there. so when i go up to my friend AFTER the lady tells me 2 hours and i say never mind. she then says oh you know her? you can go after she's done, but ended up getting my nails done by the other lady that works there. they said they don't do matte so i ended up not getting my original style. for it to cost as much as they did, the next day three of them are already started to fall off . i called the next day, no answer, called back the day after, and when i told the lady my nails were coming off already the day after i got them done she asked if i can come in now and i told her that i have work and if i can come in tomorrow . she ignored the question and kept saying she'll call me back in two minutes . again as i am proceeding to tell her i have work so i won't be able to answer ... she hangs up on me mid sentence . mind you, that was a Monday it is now Saturday! I've called multiple times and still no answer .

I made an appointment with Sandy for 5:30 pm today. I arrived on time and checked in. She was not ready for our appointment today and wanted me to wait an additional half an hour. I cancelled and will be taking my business elsewhere. Also they are not doing appointments only they are also taking walk-Ins.

I can't believe it! I got a manicure from Exclamation Nails yesterday, today I came out the shower, the whole nail polish was peeled off of all ten fingers. When I called Sandy, the manager, to see if she could fix it since I've had to go to an event, she kept hanging up on me. When she finally decided to speak to me, she wants me to come at 7:00 PM today or tomorrow during the day, which would be too late. The problems with Exclamation Nails, those people are using old nail polishes. While the lady was doing my nails, the nail polish was very lumpy, and she kept adding acetone to it and shaking the bottle. When I got home, my nails looked lumpy like there were air pockets underneath the nail polish. Somebody really needs to do something about this place because that's very inconvenient to anyone. Now I don't even know what I'm going to with my nails for that event. Sandy should be ashamed for the way she's running this place. That's bad business.
