Very relaxing environment. Ran into a glitch with the scheduling system and they were extremely responsive, got me all taken care of. And I got a great haircut.

Where to begin..
After showing Joan my hair inspiration -- including a video of the cut and photos of the style from a couple angles (before scheduling my appointment and then again at my appointment) and explaining that the reason for my major haircut (shoulder length to a pixie) was to help conceal my androgenic alopecia hair loss... I left with a haircut that couldn't be styled how I'd asked for, was unevenly cut, and made me feel 100x worse about my thinning hair than before. When I expressed my concerns to Joan, her response was to seek out someone local to me to fix it (I live 2.5 hours away, and specifically sought her out because of her confidence to help me). I explained the unevenness and lack of volume I was able to get due to the top's excess length and was met with the blame being put on myself, and blame because of my wavy hair. I live 2.5 hours away and was told if I lived closer then she'd offer to fix it, but again: someone local to me would need to do that instead. I explained that I am so unhappy and feel like the ugliest version of myself with this haircut.. to which she replied that she "stood behind her work" and that she "hopes I can overcome my confidence issue". As someone struggling with alopecia, I found her responses to be thoughtless and hurtful. I requested a refund since she stated that she could do nothing else for me, to which she denied. Now she is not returning messages, has blocked me from contacting her, and I'm left with the worst haircut I have ever had. To say I'm distraught is an understatement. Now I have to spend more money to have someone else fix what she wouldn't. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received.

Terrible experience. Saw Lindsey and asked for the most basic straight sleek cut and style but left with greasy choppy/blunt pieces of  unblended hair. The biggest issue was not owning up to it. She rushed me out because next client had shown up knowing she did a horrible job. Didn't receive thorough wash, too much product was used, nothing sleek about the cut. Owner offered to "adjust" at a time convenient for her but at this point I've lost faith and won't allow anymore hair cut off. The arrangement of childcare just to make it there is also a problem for me. My mistake was not saying something then and there... I've always struggled with that and never want to embarrass a stylist or draw attention from other clients. I even tipped 20% ‍ They have such a good rating too and Lyndsey is suppose to be like 2nd best stylist but I've never had a worse cut, style, or customer service. I asked for refund but owner says it's not their policy. I guess mediocre service is though. I'll dispute anyway but disappointed it had to come to that. Including photos. First is the example I showed. This is what my hair is suppose to look like when straightened and cut properly next is the mess I left with. Look at those ends. Awful.

The salon is beautiful and inviting. Everyone seems very friendly and professional. Wendy does an amazing job as she has always done. Highly recommend to anyone!

I love this place! It is beautiful and clean! Love the atmosphere! I see Janelle for my nails and she is wonderful and very accommodating! I would highly recommend this place for all your beauty and spa services!
