Refused service to me inexplicably. And people will say,"why didn't you put pants on before entering the store?"
That's called victim blaming. I needed a shave and they left me out to dry.
Had my very first deva cut with Anna here and it exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about losing too much length and she was sure to make sure that did not happen while still giving my lots of layers in order to achieve the volume that I desired, basically the cut is perfect! She was not afraid to give me recommendations on color choices while still giving me full autonomy. I loved that she recommended a perfect mix of color that she believed would compliment me specifically, and i'm so glad that I took her advice because I am in love with the outcome. I will for sure be returning to Anna for my cut and colors in the future and would highly recommend her. As for the setting in the salon, I really appreciated the fun banter between the stylists and it made me feel very comfortable to know I was in a salon where everyone seemed to get along so well.

Very friendly staff but I did have an appointment and they mixed it up with someone else so I had to wait an extra 30 min which wasn't that bad . Once I sat down I had to tell the lady what I wanted I asked her for layers and I wanted my hair not to short but not long either so the end result was literally zero layers I asked her why it looked like there wasn't any layers and she said no there is but I've have always had my hair in layers and this is absolutely not layers and also she literally cut more then half my hair off !!!! Which I am extremely upset about my hair is ridiculously short with zero layers I feel like she didn't listen to what I wanted and just did whatever she wanted and I absolutely am so upset with this haircut! Since I look like Dora and my hair has zero layers -.- completely opposite of what I asked for
