Do not book an appointment if you're going to be late, even if it's for 15 minutes.  They will immediately charge full price and say another client already booked your spot.  Even though I had booked a balayage and a haircut and had the appointment time from 1-7pm.  They couldn't honor my appt for being 15 minutes late.  I took my business elsewhere and refused to rebook because they would charge me for the full price again.  Price was never an issue, but the lack of understanding.

Cera is exceptional ! She worked wonders on my many times colored hair and gave me the exact look I was going for. Many, many thanks Cera, you are amazing !

As is often the case in reviews of this nature, if I could provide less than a star I would. My daughter had an appointment scheduled last week. As a college student there, she is relegated to walking or taking the bus. She left an hour before her appointment to ensure she would be on time as the bus would take 25 minutes. During the ride, she was stuck in standstill traffic with no way of getting off or getting to her destination even if she had been able to. A walk would have taken two hours. Due to traffic, no Ubers, motorcycles, scooters, taxis, or buses -- were getting through. In fact it took her an hour to get back to her dorm. When I explained this situation to the salon, they told me to call back to speak to Khoi.

Within this time, be/c my daughter was considered a No Show, they charged her for the full appointment -- $300! That's grocery money for two weeks for a college student. When I finally spoke to Khoi and repeated why my daughter could not make the appointment and that she shouldn't be considered a No Show as she intended to make it to the salon on time but LITERALLY through an Act of God, could not, he was unrelenting. He apologized multiple times but remained unmoved. In addition, they rescheduled her appointment but said it would be another $150. At one point, Khoi put me on hold to (ostensibly) look at the transactions for the day in question. By the end of the call, Khoi and I reached an agreement that based on circumstance, when she came in for the rescheduled appointment she would owe nothing. I accepted the verbal arrangement that was made and reiterated it to him. He again, agreed.

When she went to check out, my daughter was in tears because Khoi said there had been a misunderstanding and that my daughter would in fact owe the $150 since his concierge, Jolie, forgot to charge her card that amount at the outset (even though he put me on hold to "look at the transactions.) Khoi said Jolie told me that this would be the case and that I was "fine with it." I never had that conversation with Jolie. She never told me about this additional charge and had she, I most certainly would not have accepted that. Based on the conversations I had with both Jolie and Khoi, I gather they knew I would be less than "fine with it."

I understand parameters and protocol. We do our best to adhere to and respect them, but if, as a business owner you cannot retain your humanity and make exceptions or accommodations when warranted -- especially in instances that are out of a client's control -- then I question your moral barometer and ethical make up.

In my opinion, Khoi is a dishonest, unscrupulous, corrupt, uncompassionate, unsympathetic, shameless business owner that borders on sociopathic, who would rather make money off of his client's backs than have returning customers or maintain any kind of human decency.

Should you make an appointment with this salon, please know that regardless of situation -- if you're in an accident, if you have a medical or family emergency, if you are sick, or a litany of other reasons in which life gets in the way and are out of your control, you WILL be charged the full amount of your appointment. I cannot state enough how truly appalling Jolie and Khoi are.

Christina is the best . My first time there today . Staff friendly , welcoming  felt at home . Service was great . went in fir full highlights went home happy and booked my next appointment .

Kelly has been slayinggg my hair for about 3-4 years now and it's always the best time when I see her. Other than the fact that she takes care of my hair & scalp health, but she always takes her time to educate me about color theory and gives me ideal & realistic advice and results. She's been there through my black box-dye to blonde era and back! Any time I look back on pictures, we usually go through the debate if I should return to either era or not lol

And if you're looking for the absolute besttttt scalp & neck massage, she's your girl! Honestly my ultimate reason why I will always come back and highly recommend her!

Overall, I love the atmosphere of the salon in general. Everyone is always so nice and supportive towards their coworkers and clients. It's clean, organized, & the greenery of the plants with the modern white walls really tie everything together. Love love love this salon!
