The lady which is apparently the owner did my hair today and it was such an awful experience my scalp hurts like never before!! she was pulling on my hair so badly I wanted to just walk out without letting her finish but I decided to be patient with her because I didn't want to be that person. BUT I SHOULDVE WALKED OUT. SHE CHARGED ME 95!! FU*KING DOLLARS FOR A HAIRCUT A LITTLE WASH AND A BLOWOUT I DIDNT ASK FOR!! I wanted my hair to be styled so according to her the blowout was necessary but 70 dollars for a blowout is ridiculous CONSIDERING MY HAIR WAS PIN STRAIGHT WHEN I LEFT!! SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF HER BURNING MY SCALP WITH THE BLOWDRYER TO NOT EVEN GET ME WHAT I WANTED?! I DID NOT GET MY HAIR CURLED THE WAY I WANTED. IS RIDICULOUS SHES RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I went as a recommended customer but after that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy. she's delusional and can't cut hair. please fix ur attitude and go back to school because you suck at doing hair. por esto es que tu macho te pone los cuernos señora loca.
I experience excellent service with Hairstylist, Kay. Kay is very meticulous about hair styles and cares about quality. Also, connects with her customers and remembers their preferences, however, balanced with providing her recommendations. The end result, Kay does amazing work, with customers leaving the salon with gorgeous hair.
I do NOT recommend this unprofessional place that lacks knowledge of African American hair care. The stylist was rude to my niece who is only 15, had an entire attitude and nasty response to her when she told her she was hurting her and asked her if she could detangle her hair from the bottom up. She also talked trash about her hair in Spanish to her coworker, probably assuming we wouldn't understand what she said. We ended up leaving without her hair being finished.
