My haircut was decent, but not great. On my second visit, when I walked in, I was informed the stylist called out sick. Did they just get the message and couldn't have informed me? I sat in the parking lot for almost ten minutes because I was early and thought they weren't open yet, but had someone in the chair already. Someone should have at least tried, or the person could have made the decision they weren't coming to work BEFORE appointment time. No one has followed up for a reschedule. And I had multiple services scheduled. On to another salon. This is #3 for me. Too bad because I'm a big tipper!

All I will say is, she has made me look 20 years younger with the EXACT color I wanted!
