I went here for a Brazilian Wax. I was looking for a place that would take an appointment the day of, which I do appreciate their flexibility. I saw a 7 month old review about a poor waxing experience and was hoping the issues have been addressed. I was unfortunately disappointed with the experience. The bed placement in the room respect to the door was not planned out well - you would be able to see everything as soon as the door is open. First strip, immediately bruised my skin. This was one of my most painful waxing experiences. I had to point out a few missed spots towards the end. Came home to find even more missed spots when this was a Brazilian wax.

Scam, Rude manager runs this place. Only after purchasing a Groupon does it explain you can't use another coupon for a year. He shouted at me to get a refund from Groupon for the coupon I bought or give it to someone else. I had to leave when he refused to honor the coupon or the price of $40.00 for shampoo and style and shouted almost came to a fight. The guys name is Steffon, FAKE NAME and a punk attitude will try to upsell you like he did with me the first time I came here. Don't need to deal with unprofessional people let alone touching my hair. Don't waste your time

I was recommended to Episode salon by a friend and Steffon is an absolute miracle worker when it comes to styling Asian hair! After what feels like an eternity of searching for a skilled haircutter, I finally found the one. He effortlessly snipped away my dead ends and sculpted my hair into a beautiful shape that I've always wanted but could never quite achieve. Having thick, wavy Asian hair, I appreciated the affordable cut with long layers and cute bangs, he offered insightful style recommendations. I'm so impressed that I'm already planning my next trip from Los Angeles to San Francisco just to experience Steffon's magic with color. My sister came for the volume birthday lash extensions and was very happy with the results. Next time I make a trip north, I would love to try the keratin eyelash treatment and hair color. Highly recommend!

I came into this salon last week for a Brazilian wax and I cannot explain how terrible my experience was. Do not come here for any sort of wax, they do not know what they are doing and will still take your appointment. I left traumatized and in tears after letting the woman attempt to wax me for an hour. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Episode Salon exceeded my expectations in every way. My stylist, Steffon, has exceptional skill and talent with color, styling, blow-out and my hair still looks great after a month. He took the time to assess my hair type and texture before recommending the most suitable treatment and style. I am always super impressed and am a happy, loyal customer for 15+ years.
