I will never go back here again. Not only is it extremely dirty now but the employees do not want to take any real time to make sure the product is worth the outrageous prices. I used to go consistently a couple of years back but yesterday was beyond disappointing. I had received a $100 gift card for Christmas and tell me why the lady was about to charge me the full $112 on my card after handing her my gift card...
Thank goodness I was paying attention cause her little "mistake" cost them a client. You could tell this employee wanted to get to as many people as possible and rushed my $42 pedicure, put cold towels on me, barely massage me, and acted like I was a burden when needing a little more effort on my feet. I will continue to go to another salon I have recently found which is clean, friendly and priced to match their service. DISHONEST PLUS ONE OF MY NAILS ALREADY BROKE 2 DAYS LATER.
Dishonest management. I booked a birthday party with staff and went in to confirm the number of guests only to be told that they took other reservations and wouldn't be able to help us. This is 3 days before the party. I had already confirmed prices, agreed to a time and date, and provided a range of the number of guests. I also said that I would confirm the number of guests once I had rsvps in, which prompted today's visit. The manager went on to say that the conversation didn't constitute a booking and accused me of lying. In my opinion this lacks integrity and is dishonest. Take your business to someplace that actually cares about customer service and stand by what they agree to.
Really like this salon! Usually I'm skeptical of places in the mall but they were all so nice and gentle. Amy was my nail tech and she was very kind and took her time & even added some extra to my design to make it unique. Will be going back!
My gel polish lasted 2 days, it actually chipped a bit on the first day! I usually don't use my hands a whole lot so...very disappointing. I would hope it would at least last a week.
